Will your hooks support a large winter jacket?
Our hooks will take a huge weight. For heavier items like a bag, please ensure you hook the strap right over, so that it is against the wall to prevent unnecessary pressure on the end of the hook. All hooks are delivered with wall plugs and screws to firmly secure into the wall.
What size hole should I drill for the coat hook wall plugs?
The wall plugs we provide are designed to fit into a 7mm diameter hole. We recommend using a 5mm drill bit as a starting point, keeping in mind that the material you are drilling into may mean you end up with a hole larger than the drill bit used.

Can the lights be used in replace of existing wall lights?
You can select the option to have a 'hardwired to mains' wall light on the product page.
Can the lights be wired with a U.S plug?
Yes, we have the appropriate plug fitted for the destination country. As long as your delivery address is America we will make sure the correct plug is fitted for you.
Is the bulb you supply with the lights suitable for a dimmer switch?
Yes, the LED bulbs are fully dimmable.
Are the lights suitable for use in a bathroom/IP rated?
Our lights are suitable for bathroom use in zones 0-2. Please read our
blog for more information.
Mirror
Do you make the mirror in a larger size?
At the moment, we are limited to a 50cm/20" diameter mirror due to the size of our steam box!
