Shipping policy

Shipping to UK is free of charge on all orders.

International shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending on the weight of your order and the delivery address. We are currently unable to ship to countries in the EU.

Dispatch times

All orders are currently being dispatched in 2-4 weeks. If you would like an up to date idea of how quickly we are currently dispatching orders or you need an order by a certain date, just contact us.

Delivery

Delivery to UK using 24 or 48 hour Royal Mail delivery

Delivery to the rest of the world using tracked post usually takes 5-10 working days. Some parcels can take up to 30 days to arrive but this is very unlikely. You will be provided with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us ASAP if there has been a delay with your order and we will look into it for you.
