Delivery & Returns

Please note that we have limited stock and make the majority of our products to order. If you need your order by a certain date please contact us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 weeks.
Bird feeders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Hooks are usually dispatched within 1-4 working days.
Lights and mirrors are usually dispatched within 3-10 working days.

If you would like an up to date idea of how quickly we are currently dispatching orders or you need an order by a certain date, just contact us. 

Delivery

Delivery to UK using 1st class or 1st class signed for post can take 1-3 working days but is usually next day.

Delivery to the rest of the world using tracked and signed for post usually takes 5-10 working days. Some parcels can take up to 30 days to arrive but this is unlikely. You will be provided with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched. Please contact us ASAP if there has been a delay with your order and we will look into it for you.

*We are still experiencing some delays with international post due to COVID-19. We are aiming to dispatch orders as soon as possible to help with the overall delivery time.*

Returns

If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us to discuss this in the first instance.

You have 14 days of receipt of your goods to return them to us for a refund. Any items returned should be in an unused, fully resalable condition. Because our lighting components are assembled to order we charge a 15% restocking fee on all light orders.

Unless the product being returned is faulty or damaged, you will be required to cover the cost of returning the order to us. We recommend using a guaranteed postal service for returns and exchanges as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
